2 Turkey Breast, trimmed
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Power
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1. Mix Italian Seasoning, Garlic
Power, Sea Salt, and Ground Black Pepper with the Olive Oil.
2. Rub the turkey with the herb
mixture and refrigerate for 1 hr.
3. Cook the turkey as normal to
get an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
4. Let the turkey rest 10
minutes before carving.
