Goulash

1    Lb     Macaroni or Noodles 

1    Med  Onion (Diced)  

1    Med  Green Pepper (Diced)

1    LB     Hamburger  

1    LB     Cheese (Extra Sharp Cheddar) (Sliced or Grated)

1    Can   Cream of Mushrooms Soup (~ 10 ¾ OZ)  

1    Can   Diced Tomatoes (do NOT drain) (~ 14.5 OZ)  

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cook and drain Macaroni according to box directions.  Put in baking dish.  Dice Onion and Green Pepper and put in frying pan.  Add water to just below top of vegetables.  Cover and cook until Onions and Green Peppers are soft.  Drain water.  Put Hamburger in frying pan with vegetables and brown Hamburger.  Drain liquid and put in baking dish.  Slice or grate Cheese and put in baking dish.  Put Cream of Mushroom Soup and Diced Tomatoes in the baking dish and stir well.  Cook 30 minutes.
